The lake is 1.4" below the spillway. It has gone over the spillway only three times in 63 years. :idea:

Lake Corpus Christi (old lake Mathis ) is currently going over the spillway with dam gates opened flooding the heck out of North Corpus Christi but there ain't nothing they can do about it , Choke Canyon Lake is above us and full also .....and they got another 7" of rain today above them !! with rain projected untill next week ....and with a depression in the gulf that may also be drawn in with the low pressure area surrounding us :eek: don't look like its gonna end anytime soon....:idea:
