Looking for a recommendation for boat insurance out in CA/AZ area. I'm guessing we may have a few agents here on the forums. Also do any cat owners here recall what their boat is classified as on the registration? Mine is listed as a daycruiser for some reason. I'm not sure if that is how they are all listed but I always hear nightmare stories about outrageous insurance premiums for cats and mine has always been pretty reasonable. The agent I used in the past said something in regards to not seeing anything about it being a cat so it was cheaper. I didn't want to press the issue and get charged more so I kept my mouth shut;)

talk to Andy or check out the Boat Insurance forum near the bottom of the first page with Wozencraft insurance. we went through Devin and got a good deal.
also, make sure that you're covered correctly on your insurance. you may have gotten good rates by a slight miss-classification before, but what would you do if you got in an accident and then insurance didn't cover you because of the miss classification?

Myself and a couple others have used Strachota 928-764-1010. Teena and Jamie were great to work with.
