Parking Cars For Sale in Havasu

Does anyone know where private parties park cars for sale in Havasu since they are no longer allowed to park by the highway?

The U-haul on 95 and I think it is Chenoweth. It is a combination U-haul, outdoor furniture place (fountains, benches etc.) and also propane. I was there when someone asked about parking their boat for sale there. I don't know what the cost is???
It is across from one of the many Circle K gas stations at the north end of town.
