You can try out www.gotriver.com (http://www.gotriver.com) Josh will help you out with whatever you need, give him a call.
If you decide your looking for something cheaper you can always try Big5 if you've got one around, or your local sporting goods store.

I see you are in Norco. Head over to Tige Water Sports right off of the 91. They have a very nice pro shop and Thane is very knowledgeable. Most companies will have a package deal with bindings and boots.
Got river main store is in Murietta just off of Murietta Hot Springs road and they are good to work with but a farther drive.
The good online places are www.gotriver.com www.wakeside.com and www.buywake.com
You can compare the different stuff that way. Also check out http://www.evogear.com/ I picked up a 2006 Liquid Force Team for $140 shipped which was a killer deal a few months ago.

I personally really like the CWB hinge bindings which make getting in and out of boots very easy. I got my wife a pair and she loves them. She loves the fact that you aren't going to break a nail getting into the boots.

Yeah, I agree with everyone else.
Call WAKESIDE. They are the least expensive, super nice and have incredible customer service!!!!

Wakeside is a good shop if you know what you want, we've bought a lot of stuf there... West Marine is pricey, and they are not exactly specialists. I would take her to a good local board shop and have her try on a bunch of bindings, and have the bindings put on the board she likes.
We never had much luck with the package deals, but if you know what you want and find it as a package, that is great.
When my sons got started, we found out that you want to spend the majority of the cash on bindings, and start with a stable, clean board. You can move good bindings up to the next level board if she gets into it, but poor fitting bindings that don't give good support will ruin the fun before she ever gets started.
Our "starter" board is a Hyperlite 137 Fluid, everybody that tries gets up on it.
That board has CWB bindings on it, they are nice, my son has some other high $ board that he put Hyperlite "split" bindings on, he likes those.
As for ropes, to get into the wake she is probably going to be 50 ft. or so off, any decent 75 ft. ski rope will usually work if you shorten up.
The boys like the lighter, thinner ones for some reason. i like 'em because they store easily.:D

I got my boys this board from the Murrieta store. They were cool. Told them my set up and experience level and they took care of us. My wife can use it also. If and when my kids want something more advanced, this board will be the one guest who have never boarded will use.

I don't ride much anymore, but boarders paradise used to have a demo deal where you could rent a couple boards and try them out. And then the rental went towards the purchase. That was a long time ago. Some local shops may still do that, maby.
I'm still riding my old Icon, carbon fiber, Shannon Best:D :D :D

65' off is about right for most boats without a tower. Most of us ride at 70-75' off. The thinner ropes are non-stretch ropes which are a must if you are pulling from a roll cage ;) but most ski ropes will work just fine off of the back of a boat. The non stretch are easier to store and if they are coated don't get tangled up very easily. It is much easier to get up from a tower vs the back of a boat (angle of pull) but with that being said my wife was up her first time out off the back of my jet when I had it. We would ride at 65' off from the jet and had a blast.

Many shops have demo programs where the money spent on the demo will count towards the purchase price. Sports Chalet in Chino off of the 71 has a good demo program and a good selection. I am sure that Got River's store (I wish I could remember the name of it right now) has a demo program as well.
Also Check out www.wakeworld.com they have a board finder tool that is nice, plus RD posts over there as well and you can help push the RD Sux on more sites.:D

I would go to wakesports unlimited. Very well informed on everything wakeboarding. If you buy the board and don't like it they will take it back and set you up on a new one. They also have demo days I believe. I ride a cwb and so does my g/f. The hinge bindings are the shit, i'm getting the new Zeus bindings next year.

How about Craigslist (http://inlandempire.craigslist.org/search/sss?query=wake%20board)?

Check your local Play it Again Sports. They often have a variety of used boards as well as new ones. The new ones are usually last years hot seller or blems that you can get for a good price.

We've hauled a lot of peeps up and down the river Dan.
The cheapie boards break almost the first day.
Usually a rivit pulls through and the board de-laminates beyond reasonable repair.
We can't count how many times that's happened, and usually the first day.
One of our kids brings a friend with their new birthday present board, and bang,, third or fourth pull it grenades.
Many board shops rent to own.
That is, the rental price will be applied 100% to the cost of the board, and ya lean on them a bit to lower the cost of the board up front.
Mike Macks in Parker has that policy.
Boards ya want are like Hyperlite, CWB ect.
They all make a lower price line as well that is good quality.
Ya want a tow handle that doesn't require the wearing ski gloves, and a thin, no-stretch rope.
Best money you'll spend.
