We make our own every winter with deer meat and pork and season it with a recipe that has been handed down through the years... Good eating... I always boil it on the stove top or cook it on the grille, and throw in some fried potatos and corn on the cob... damn good stuff!:D

TB, we buy it, vacuum seal it and freeze it, seems to hold all its flavor for a long while...ok I know to much about freezing sausage...got to go back and look at the HB hot chick posts....lol :D
