Our company just contracted out to india and thats what they look like. The servce sucks, instead of being on the phone with out local helpdesk for 10 to 15 mins its now an hr or more.... Whay to use our company time.

I have to strongly disagree with this statement. I bought a Dell a little over a year ago. After recieving it, I had a problem, which the tech helped me with over the phone by tapping into my computer. Then, the "H" on the keyboard didn't always work unless you pressed it hard. Called them up, had a new keyboard in 2 days for free.....
You must have called at the wrong time or something.
