I have a complete sterling rear end less calipers with a factory limited slip Metric bolt pattern though.

A stearling rear end is OK but be prepared to deal with axle seal leaks. It can be cured with a sleve that is put on the seal surface, sort of like restoring a rear main on a crankshaft. I know of several stearlings that developed this condition after about 80k miles.
