I have a 25ft deep garage on one side and a 30ft deep garage on the other side. Its a 2 car garage but one side is deeper then the other due to the w/d. I also have a side yard that is big enough to park a semi on.
The house is 1000sf 2 bed 2 bath, tile floors throughout.
Rent gets you a room, your own bath, half the garage, house priv. big screen in the living room. Fenced back yard.
