I am trying to get a small Warrior 50 for my son. I have shopped around and after visiting three dealers it seems to me that $2980 OTD is a bit crazy. They have a retail price of just under $2k.
We leave for Pismo next week and I was hoping to have one for him. He rides a older LT50 now but it has no suspension. He has enough experience now to warrant a machine with a little better ride.
Maybe I am way off base here.

If you follow Craigslist at all, you'll see the asking price of toys in general is WAY down....I wouldn't buy new. You can get just about new for A LOT less right now.
Good Luck...

Thanks guys.
My son is way to small for a 90. Yes we are cheating the 6 year old limit. He is 4 and rides very well. Both my kids have these kind of skills.
I am not a craig list guy but I will become one. I have been reading the cycle trader for a month now and kids quads are rare. I call the same day as the add comes out they are usually already sold.
I would prefer used.
So I will search craigs list. Thanks.

I wouldn't buy an ETON. Friend of mine had 3 (90cc) and sold it(after a ton of problems on 3 bikes) and bought the Honda 90 and said it is not even comparable. I have noticed a huge difference on the rides as well.

Call Bob at Long Beach Motorsports. Tell him you know Andy Holthe. It's not for me to get a penny, but you will get the lowest price it can be bought for right there over the phone.
Bob is the sales manager, so make that clear when you call. 562-427-2779
Oh if he does give the lowest price I would hope you will buy it from him and not use it to buy it around the corner.

Yes I agree if a name is dropped then thats where the buck has to go. I will give him a call. I am going to poke through craigslist tonight then make a decision.
Thanks Andy.

Oh yeah thats pretty sweet. That took all of thirty seconds.
Left over 06 OTD for less than suggested retail.
I am kind of partial to Honda or Yamaha. I have owned a few Banshee's, raced Cr500's in Hare Scrambles, and have owned many off road toys.
Drawback....LA.
Thanks.

I want to get my 3 year old riding. Is a 50 to big for him? Do they make anything smaller?

I second this. You will have hard time beating their prices. I bought my wife's TRX400 and My CRF450 last October there and nobody could beat the price.

You timing could not be better. The Warrior 50 is replacing an 1987 Suzuki LT50. In real good shape. It has to be one of the smallest quads made. Runs like a swiss watch.

Nice pic.
I don't ride anymore. Nearly broke my neck at Glamis years ago. I get a big kick out of seeing my kids have fun with it.

We leave for Pismo next week and I was hoping to have one for him.
I will be up there Aug 23rd-26th.
To get a spot up front by the water, what day during the week do you normally need to be there to get one?
