New long blocks are still avail.
You might want to Google it.
I've rebuilt lots of IH/Navstar diesels in my Marine Corps days.
Nothing beats new, especially diesel.
If ya shop around, ya might even come close on price too.

Thanks... I have a 2001 F-350 Dually with 476,000 miles and shes getting tired..This truck is used for Hot Shots
