What was his excuse for the horns on his head?
Same thing as the tats, shock factor, thinking he is so different that he will get money from it all. Just what I heard, never had a conversation with him.
It did get him some local news coverage. There is also a local freak here named Leslie, he's a crossdressing homeless guy that ran for mayor, he got some news coverage too.
