I heard this in court from a woman in the neighborhood about her dog that bit me while riding my bike in front of my house, then it bit the next door neighbor when he tried to get the piece of shit off my foot.
The judge disagreed, laughing, it cost the POS about 4 grand, the poor dog got run over by a truck, two days after it killed a dog.....:mad:
