New framers I am trying out on my neighbors house
This was slab only at 7am this morning. DAM I think they want paid today :)

YUP!!!!.....shocked me too........started @ 7am and tilted up the walls around 9:30 ish

My pops has room on the side of his Havasu house for a similar garage, and has been kicking around the idea of having it built. What is a ballpark figure to have one of thes puppies added on to the house?
I am going to guess probably more than the entire house cost them to build 4 years ago. :)

well this one has a office in it, a full Handicap bath and a big bedroom extension as well as 40' of RV parking, it should finish off at 72k

Not as bad as I expected, especially with the extras such as an office, handicap bath, and add on to the bedroom. Hmmmm....40' of RV parking. Time to get a bigger boat!
