Dude I wouldn't know where to start! Things kinda spiraled out of control and out of my control this summer. Between the rigs and our new venture and landscaping, and ..and ..and it just got put off. I had great intentions of getting it done and may still be able to get it done if the cold holds off. I can't get days off right now and it's no small house it's gonna take a few days. Plus I have to do the other 2 houses as well. The main house and the firepit house are scratch coated but the guest house needs the siding pulled off and prepped for stucco Nothing would warm my heart more than having you come down and help stucco the house's ...

Tom Brown, I agree with you that Lease vs. Buying depends on what your ultimate goals are. I do break out the calculator and am one of the hardest customers they have. It's an additional plus that my husband knows financing in and out through his work so we try our best to take care of ourselves and finances.
Lovely, our money is nobody's business. Not even my own sweet little Asian parents because they're use to dealing with the kips and bats ... not dollars.
