Ya want 4 strokes.
Ya want to avoid the first year Honda PWC's.
Avoid all Sea Doos. Unresolvable issues.
Kawasaki Jet Ski 4 strokes are excellent.

What is wrong with the Sea Doos? I heard they are fast and powerful?

stick to 4 strokes and and far as sea doos its the only PWC's i have ever bought and i have never had any problems with them. my first was a 95 and i currently own a 2006. my wifes cousin bought my 2000 and he has never had any problems with it. the traders are full of used ones so it should be easy to find some in your price range.

They are like riding a 400 pound Asian chick. They might be fun but, you would never want your friends to see you on one..:D

There was an issue with the washers in the SC unit. Aside from that they are very fast. I have had Yamahas (smoke like crazy) First year Honda turbo. Very disapointed with top end speed. Wife has a Kawi stx12f. Good running ski and good on gas. I traded my Honda for a Sea doo RXP and don't regret it one bit..

he asked for a sitdown douche bag.
IF it were me...id say try to find a clean 1996 seadoo XP. They were light weight, stupid fast, and you can pick them up for around 3k each. If you need a trailer contact CARDUDE on here. He has a nice double trailer for 300.00ish dollars. NO need to get a huge HEAVY 1100, go ride a few before you spend the money.

Kawasaki or Yamaha, just stay away from Sea Doo as the parts and service is expensive. Sea Doo sources from so many suppliers, you can buy two new units, and many parts won't interchange.

Go with Yamaha's. They last forever and very reliable. Stay away from anything made by Bombardier or Sea-Doo as I have owned one in the passed since it was new. Piece off S***! It was at the repair shop more than I had it in my garage. Can you say lemon machine. Just bought a new FX High-Output Yamaha Wave Runner Cruiser and do I love it! Wow! Super fast and smooth!!! Top speed on my GPS was 60 last week.

I have 2 03' Hondas, they are the best IMO. I had a 2 stroke Yamaha 800 which used twice the fuel and half the power, plus I had to but oil. I bought them new and have about 100 hrs. on each with no problems. They do 65 mph which is fast enough for a PWC. I have a 2 seater and a 3 for the wife. The kids love them. I mainly run them at Powell which is the best lake to run them. My boat is a 05' with 200 hrs. so you can see what I mainly use.

thats classic right there...... kinda like the same company and shitz:D We were the first Bombardier dealer in California back in 1988. Sea-Doo had some issues forsure...but NOTHING like Polaris. After being a dealer for the big P, I wouldnt ever own anything from them. We bought back almost as many SL650's as sold. The factory tech's would come in, and were totaly clueless. Major issues. We Dumped the dealership. CANT beat Yamaha for reliability period! Back in the day the Sea-Doo's would SPANK them though....I allways had good luck with all my demo Doo's. The HX was a POS though. Cant beat the 96 XP for bang for the buck! 110HP and apx 380 pounds. They hauled arse. Id like to find a cherry 96 XP and 96 WaveBlaster.

I wish we would've instead of buying 2 PWCs in the early 90's for $5000 & $6000 each then spend another $2000 on a custom trailer... only for all that to be worth about $1500 to $2k now
Could have had a really nice boat!

The best PWC's are your friend's PWC's. After an hour or so you'll be bored with em.

How many hours on the skis?
VERY low hours, as a matter of fact they've remained parked the last 4 seasons. (every since getting the boat)
To answer the other question, Im not interested in splitting them up. I want to sell my package (dont we all)
