I have found a REALLY clean 1991 Cole 20ss. It is a closed bow and has a 454 -310 HP Bravo 1. I wish it was an open bow but this boat is so clean it is hard to pass up. Seller is the original owner.
He says he ordered it from the factory with "Speed Coat" and had the bottom blueprinted.
What is Speed Coat?
It has the cloth interior but it looks like new.
He is asking $20,000 and it sits on a triple axle trailer.
Can anyone tell me the actual specs on the boat? Length, beam, weight etc...
Any idea what kind of top speed I will see?

I had a 91 22' Cole Super Hawk with a carb 454 330hp Bravo 1. It was radared on Castaic at 64 MPH. This should give a clue with regard to speed. Can't help with the specs.

Ill make you a hell of a deal on my 22' super hawk. My Cole has the 454 magnum H/O MOTOR & IT RUNS A EASY 75MPH ALL DAY LONG!:)

Contact J540....His is 20 SS...He worked for Cole and built his from bare hull, he should be able to provide info.....if not, he's the d*ck he has always been:D :D :D Wedge

The 20SS is a bitchen boat, favorite boat I owned (except for the Schiada, maybe). The 22 has a lot more room in it, open bow aside. It has more room between the seats, etc. The 20SS handles like a sports car, turns flat and hard.
