I think you hit the nail on the head.
Step 1: Sign up with a name and ask about a difficult rental, ie dog in house.
Step 2: Sign up with name you will use permanently plugging the rental company you work for with link and all, thus generating business.
Seems easy enough to decipher.

Rexone abolished my "link" that directed people to the sale of my boat in the spam section. So I would imagine he will delete their link seeing as how this isn't the Spam section and / or an authorized avenue to the Spam section.
