My dad has a bunch of property up on Pioche. I love it up there.

Not sure what the nuts have to do with it, it appears that you have 3500 lb axles on that trailer, maybe 5000, what does that tractor weigh? the trailer weighs approx 1500 lbs dry, meaning the tractor has to weigh less than 8000 lbs, thats doubtful...check it out, dont want to hear about this again!!!:D

ran the trailer w/tractor loaded on the scales , it weighd 5800 lbs
the tractor weight is 2900 lbs ( it a small 25 hp diesel 3 cyl.)
the trailer ran on three wheels with out the hub drag'n
7 miles to get to the glendel turn off. so I know the load is ok
I all ways run across the scales at the truck stop just to see
thats what I hated about the pace arrow MH, I was go'n
down the road 26,000 lbs with a gas motor!

I've got (2) 2 1/2 acre lots, took the tractor up to do some
ground work

I own the lots on both side of this street

and for the next statement, the MH is a 20k lb chassis

when in doubt, weigh it!

This happened to me last week. I was taking the jeep from Parker back to the ranch and lost a wheel, I had new tires installed at Discount Tires, I assume they did not tighten them properly. I checked the other wheels and the lugs nuts were loose.

my work trailer did that about 3 months ago.where are those lots at?if you don't mind how much are they?:)
Mine aren't for sell, (amagine that!) my neighbor to the west
turned down 80k for 2 1/2 acres
they are on the north side of the 93 right at pioche
they have water power and phone right to the lots
and mine are paved right to the edge on the east
I bought some property at mead view a while back
that area should start to take off pretty good
it has the lake and grand canyon for a draw
I buy all the cheep dirt I can that way my
grand kids ( have 6 sofar) will have something

How well does this rig tow your trailer, what engine is in it? I have a work van I have not used in a couple years (yes I am going back to work) and have never towed with it, just wondering.
Ps. here are a couple of pics of Parker taken a few minutes ago..

I let my dad know where you were at and he is not sure. Did you buy the parcels from the Dan Frehner ranch?
Thats pretty cool you have property up there. It is absolutely beautiful around there. My dad wants to build a little cabin on his property.
