Got it below market. Needs a total master / master bath remodel. Closing in a couple of weeks. Great hood. Lots of kids and a great FREE school.

If you dont have anyone to do your walk through before closing I would be happy to assist....if not let us know when we can come down to see it. I showed Stacy and she gave me the look like we've just ben one upped... thanks Jr ;)
Going out of town this weekend but will be back for next......

Some little birdie told me it was almost a mil...he's paying cash and its roughly 5000+ square feet on top of Signal Mountain...VERY elite place.
