Anybody have Auto Check? I just got a CarFax acct and to test it out I ran my 2003 Ram 2500 4x4 which was in a $5,500 accident: Carfax shows NOTHING:eek: :eek: :eek: Just a fender bender from the new owner and typical title stuff.
I'd like to run it through Auto Check. Anybody want to swap VINs? I'll run CarFax for you if you run Auto Check.

I always thought they were good too. But I have been reading that they miss a lot of stuff. They missed this...

It was reported to the police and insurance. Wife was rear-ended in the snow/ice, spun, and hit again.

Sucks that Carfax missed it but wonder if both companies get their information from different sources. One company may not provide data to carfax but report to the other one.

That is why I am curious. I am looking at some used Jeeps right now. Want to be sure I get good info. I may just pony-up the other membership if nobody has Auto Check.
