so i spent the day today nursing my hangover by watching movies. i watched "dazed and confused" for the 1,000th time and i think that it has got to be one of the best soundtracks out there. for me, 2nd place would be "blow" and 3rd would be "friday".
what are your favorite movie soundtracks????????? :)

Funny, I only saw the thread title and my first thought was "Dazed and Confused." Then I saw the first post. http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/36/36_1_11.gif
I totally love that movie (yes, totally! ) I don't even know how many times I've seen it. Over a hundred, I'm sure. Matthew McCaughnehey's breakout role.

O/K - Sanger Rat beat me to FM, and TPC with American Graffiti.
I can vote for any of these and "Dazed and Confused", but I'll go with "Risky Business" - Tangerine Dream was perfect for most of the soundtrack, plus Jeff Beck, "The Pump", Muddy Waters, "Mannish Boy (I'm A Man), Prince "D.M.S.R", and Phil Collins, "Something In The Air"...
