Home was completed Dec 05(never lived in). front yard is nicely landscaped. NICE neighborhood (no crack houses nearby) Beautiful lake view from backyard. located just off N.Palo Verde. MOVE IN READY! I have pictures in a Adobe file, if someone can tell me how to extract them, I'll post them. Going on to the MLS @ $ 409K...... $399,000.00 for ***boat members.

400k for a 1400 sq ft home? wow, havasu most not be affected by the housing market slowdown......im sure it will sell quick, good luck.

Doesn't appear too affected. My parent's custom 2500 sq ft house should be going on the market for $700k soon. LoL.

the home is 1621 SF, There was another thread here for a 1400SF home for 414K..... this one needs to sell fast, hense the 399K, its a bitchen home with a great lake view and KILLER garage.
KILLER......sorry bro, I have some pics in a adobe file. But dont know how to extract them???? can anyone help?
this house has UNIONJACKS name all over it, for the garage only :)

these were all taken before it was finished. The front yard is fully landscaped. Its a turn key, move in ready home.
