We noticed a member of the violent Vineland Gang at the Bluewater this past weekend.
The Vineland (tats VLX) was responsible for the fatal shooting of a Burbank LEO during a traffic stop.
Burbank borders the LAPD Vineland North Hollywood area that the Vineland gang runs in.
The Burbank officer had no gangstop training.
Also we've seen Whitefence gang and Frog Town (FTR) gang grafitti at Emerald and the Roadrunner.
Have you yet encountered any LA gang members and do you use gangstop tactics?
