Yes it does suck but at least they gave us another 3 weeks of it at the beginning of daylight savings starting in 07.

When I lived in California, turning back the clocks caused depression. I hated it.
Living in AZ sure is nice with the extra hour of daylight during the winter.

Wish we would just leave it alone like they do in AZ.

I'm just glad they waited until Novemeber to change the time. They ususally do it right around Halloween. Now when I walk in the AM, it will be light by the time I return home:D (for a few weeks anyway):D

We should move the clocks up an hour during winter, hate to fall back

I like the time change because it only take me 1.5 hours to drive from Havasu to Vegas:D ... Of course the inverse is a small pit fall, 3.5 hours from Vegas to Havasu...:(
I really is a pain in the ass though, I just try to look at it in a positive light.

The sun comes UP and it is daylight for so many hours, then sun goes DOWN. There is NEVER an EXTRA hour no matter where you live. It is just a play on your mind. Take your watch off and enjoy the whole day.

I think they should split the difference, set em 30 min in between and leave it alone.
No more DST.

It's not that simple. I'm pretty sure they alter the rotation of the Earth.
Now I'm confused.......Are you serious:D :D

You got that right! I dread it every year. Focking winter...I have to get out of Illinois.

It's all bullshit. I think if you don't like it, the fedral government should pay to fly you to a state that doesn't recognize Daylight savings time and then provide you with a nice stack of cash to live off for those six months of the year. It would also be really nice if the state they sent you too wasn't Indiana.:D

Changing time zones is no biggie, just part of life on a planet that rotates on a 23 degree axis. Really sucks when you do it every other day for over a week:)

I like it, you don't have to explain to the kids why they are going to bed when it is still light outside, it is easier for them to go to bed on time so it gives the wife and I more time for fun activities.:D

Spring forward, Fall back
During DST, clocks are turned forward an hour, effectively moving an hour of daylight from the morning to the evening.

Date change in 2007
On August 8, 2005, President George W. Bush signed the Energy Policy Act of 2005. This Act changed the time change dates for Daylight Saving Time in the U.S. Beginning in 2007, DST will begin on the second Sunday in March and end the first Sunday in November. The Secretary of Energy will report the impact of this change to Congress. Congress retains the right to resume the 2005 Daylight Saving Time schedule once the Department of Energy study is complete.

Not for us.
We just pick up everything and run one hour to the east.:D

I think if we leave the time change alone it could change the effects of Global Warming:D

Try my job one day I work out of cali the next I could be working out of AZ so I have to deal with two time zones daily year round as AZ is technically mountain time they just choose not to acknowledge it. That makes life fun!!!
