Awesome plane. I was called a few times to go to North Carolina to work on it but have declined.

The fact that it can Take-off in 3120 ft and Land in 2500 ft is really a nice feature especially for Temple Bar's landing strip of 3500' :D

Whatsamatta? You afraid to get inoculated or something?
Remember, you've got to have your shots to come here.

Finally, a Honda that really benefits from having a wing on it....:D All the tuners are so envious of it and want one that fits Civics...

They had one of these Jets on display at Barrett Jackson last year. The fan jet engines are smaller than a beer keg.
Very compact. They had the sticker in the window $1.3m ready to fly.
They were letting people sit inside but we did not.

My first thought after looking at the engine placement was that it's gotta create a shitload of extra drag compared to fuselage mounting, but after reading the pdf about why it's better, I guess I was wrong. Very cool outside the box thinking. I would buy one of these long before I would by the ugly Lamborgini that was posted on here the other day for about the same price.

With the engines above the wings you will pick-up less runway debris than if they are monuted below the wings.

We were told that risk or exposure to engine damage mounted like they are is cut by something like 70%. He also said that mounting them on the passenger tube produces a ton more NVH.
We talked to the guy for like a 1/2 hour. He said that the noise levels may allow them into some small commuter airports which would cause the sales to be off the hook. Salesman talk but sounds like a hit to me.
I am holding out for the Hybrid version.:D Jet A is expensive:)
