Hilary proposed a $5,000 acct for every baby a few days ago. I immediately pointed out that it would be at odds with her aversion to privatizing SS. Rush Limbaugh echoed my thoughts a few days later.
I vote Rep. but Hilary actually kinda agrees with me on something:
The thing that kills me is, I want to cut spending on old people. Meaning mostly Medicare.
Hilary and other Dems want national health care, but would never admit that they agree with me.
Would Dems increase the total supply of health care? No, they don't have that ability. They would ration it, meaning they would attempt to stretch the existing supply of health care to cover more people. Which means they would cut spending on old people, which I like, but they won't admit it.
Joke of the week: If we have nat. health care, where would Canadians go for elective/emergency care?
