I just got an e-mail from the person who rented our rental last year. Our daughter lives in it now full time so I told them I would help them find a place. They are supper clean and can pay 1,000 a month. If you have a home you would like to rent let me know and I will give your contact number to them.
I do not do property management so it will be between you and them, no fees involved(no service either).PM me your contact number if interested.

$1,000 a month seems too damn cheap to rent a fully furnished house, heck I don't think I would even consider $3,000 a month for mine. Just don't want the hassle and someone else using and or possibly breaking my stuff  :D

Been doing it for 20 years, never a problem. Pays for my Mammoth ski trips and a great tax write off. $$$$$:D :D

They are a very nice retired couple, just looking for a small clean home. I rented our 1200 Sq.Ft. home to them last winter and could have maybe gotten 1200.00 from and agency, but then you have to pay their fees and they 1099 you so it worked out about the same.
They stayed 3 and a half months.
I forwarded everyones info that pm'd me to them this morning. Thanks for all your replys.

Do you need to report such an incident to prospective buyers?

Only if it happened in the last 24 hours, or something like that.;)
