I am taking this motor out of my flat bottom it runs strong and sounds healthy. I dont know alot about it but I know it is a 4 bolt with 990 heads, roller rockers and solid lifters. I just put on a Brand new Don Zig Vertex Mag, Polished Tr-2 Tunnel ram, New Race Deamon 750's and Dan Olson scoop.
$5000 OBO I am willing to take off carbs and mag for less $$.

The motor is out of the boat and sitting on a stand. I dropped the pan and will take some more pics later today.

Is that a # 7 stamped on that rod? Or is it a Z . I hope its a Z cuz thats where 8 should be.

Its the mark of ZORO !!!
No I was more concerened that 7 and 8 were switched. that would Be hard on the rods.
