Living in the middle of the forest during a Santa Ana, with extremely dry conditions, sucks ass. I survived the 03 fire up here, but I dont think I have strength to do that shait again.
Watching homes burning on the sand, in a metropolis is a freaky sight. Days like today are an arsonist's wet dream.

Great news just reported, since news is hard to come by, channel 2 exclusive...
the rehab facilities that many of the stars have been to is safe...for now,
but they will keep an eye on the scene in case of any change!!!!

ya there is a lot goin down right now... two big fires in sd county with 1 firefighter dead and 3 critically burned, as well as the one in malibu... gonna be a rough nesxt couple of days. my best wishes the families and to those who were involved!

we cruised through there in the jeep this morning... nice up there, to bad all the trails we were going to run were closed... ended up at Chads in Big Bear for a Bloody Mary

There's a ton of smoke in Temecula. Is there something else on fire too?
I'm not a fireman but I do install fire sprinklers. So I know when there is smoke, there is usually fire. :eek: :D

241 toll road , fire crossed it and is on north side. I can see it from my house, flames on the hill

they evacuated a few blocks from my house.. we are standing by with the RV packed and ready to go.
My buddy has a ranch up the hill.. He lost just about everything... but Got the animals out.
Horse,lama,goat some cats and a couple dogs.... We got a trailer full of stuff .. just waiting for the fire to calm down to go tow it out.

Good luck to you guys. My wife is a flight attendant for Continental and they went in to Orange last nite. She said on the way in they could see the fire and embers were up to 1000 ft the pilots said! Very rough landing and turbulent as hell she said.
