Elsinore & the Ortega?

THinking about heading out to Elsinore today. Anyone know what the weather conditions(wind & air quality) are like today with the fires going on?
Is the Ortega hwy still open?

Its been pretty windy out here but not as bad as yesterday and I'm not sure if Ortega is open. Could be a nice day with nobody on the lake but the weather could change and the hard winds could come back.
