15 years ago my Dad was buying lots there for 3-5k. What are they going for now? I would think with Stockton Hill being paved all the way out, it should be pretty nice there.

Talk to Outnumbered - I believe he has a few out there. Those that had lots on dirt roads, which have now been paved, did really well. Last I checked, most lots were in the $25-$30K range. I think its really a great area and the best side of Lake Mead IMO. I think its a good investment now - but don't think its going to blow up for the next 10 + years.

heres the plan OC, 2Force is the big buyer, then you and I buy a few lots for a total of 300 or 400 acres each and then we have him take his backhoe and dig us a trentch all the way down to the lake so we can have our own private ramp....he would do it, give him a bag of sunflower seeds and a dare, lol Then we have our houses built and get to go off roading and boating in the same day .....2Force I need to go up there with you once to check it out.

I've got some property out there. What do you need to know? The South Cove ramp is focked. This is the main reason I sold my boat. That was our favorite place to go. Since the water has dropped, the ramp is really only good to launch PWCs and small bass boats.

They already put in a new ramp but it is dirt. I think that it will be 10 years before they put in a real ramp.
These pics were taken in May 2007 of the new ramp being built. You can see the old paved/concrete ramp in one of the pics:

If you can, drive over to the ramp and take some pics. I have not been up there since they finished the ramp. Apparently they laid down some "pipe-mat" over the dirt that gets very slick when wet:rolleyes:

You can drive a car down to the ramp--its paved all the way down to the water. The new ramp is walk-able from the old ramp.
Just take Pierce Ferry Rd all the way until just before it turns into dirt. Go left on the paved road down to the ramp (don't go straight on Pierce Ferry dirt road).

It's AZ--if you have "MC" plates on your ATV you can drive the streets. If they are titled in CA or if you have "RV" plates then the answer would be no. There is a local Sheriff that patrols the area in a P/U truck.
