I have seen them driving around but now that I am researching, I am having trouble finding them online. Do they make them under 26 feet or are my eyes deceiving me?

Why would you want one? Something that small buy a class C. They drive better anyways. Class A sway to much. JME:)

A friend of mine wants to take a year off with his Great Dane. I think he just wants more cab room for his over sized dog. I told him I would look around for one but they seem to be elusive. He might end up with a Class C at this rate.

Back in the 70s~80s Winnebago use to make a 25' Brave,Dodge powered class A but I think the smallest one they make now is a 30' class A. Called the Vista on a Ford chassis. 6.2L V-10.
There are several 80s Class A MoHos on craigslist. Like this one http://phoenix.craigslist.org/rvs/457486514.html
I haven't seen or know of any 2007 model 25' Class A but that doesn't mean they're not out there somewhere.
Good Luck with the search

Doggy day care for a year would be a bit much wouldn't you think. If you took a year off to travel around wouldn't you take your dog.

Air ride in a class A makes a big difference in swaying over a spring suspenstion.

Thats BS. I've had a 25ft C class and now have a 32ft A gasser.
The heavy duty chassis in the A is far superior going down the road than the C class.

Sure but you can't get air suspension unless you go diesel. And you won't find anything less than 35ft in a DP that you'd want to own.

Heck hey and they get 13 mpg or better. I know I rented one from cruise america when they had A's. 13 mpg with the 28', up hills from phoenix to flagstaff. And the mountains didn't slow it down at all. Spent $100.00 in gass and went 1300 miles. I couldn't get 13 with my 79 dodge with a 318.
