I love how we get mad at the people following the law to the letter. We (myself included) get mad at people doing the speed limit on the freeway, making a complete stop at a stop sign, stoping at the yellow light when you could have made it, driving 25 in a school zone @ 10am instead of 40, etc...

That is a perfect example of why motorcycle lane splitting is a good idea. Plenty of space between those cars to squeeze a bike through and not be caught up in the middle of all those pissed off people behind them. I wonder how many accidents they helped cause in addition to that van mirror.
