J/K I think the S was made to compete with the 335 so I would say you could compare them and 10k is no chump change.;)

For the average American commuter who never really "drives" a car the infinity/nissan is probably an equal comparason in their mind. However, for someone who really appreciates driving a car rather than commuting, there is no comparason.

It's not easy to enjoy a 300hp car in California during traffic hours. Might as well compare it to a yugo...they both corner the same at 3 mph on the 10fwy at 5:00.:D

Funny thing is some of us are lucky enough to live on the north side of that traffic you speak of so we just continue to head further north to God's country and maybe do some wine tasting .... just an hour away. Maybe 30 mins in the Bimmer. ;)
Oh yeah .... everyday driving is usually limited to where ever I want to go and that's usually not where one would find heavy traffic. :D :D

Nice piece, BUT. The 5 is (imo) the best of the bimmers. Rear air, handles like a 3 and rides as well as a 7. The 3 is nice but not when it's 112 degrees out side. Some of the touring race teams used the 535 back in the day. They could get over 400 ponies out of it and it was 300 pound heavier than the 3. But any way you cut it they are better than anthing out there from japan.

Here's the deal on the price. Not that I need to justify it but it will open up everyon'e eyes.
Since I am "in the biz" I qualify for my once a year "employee" deal.
MSRP $49870.00
24 mos lease
$482 per month plus tax = $516
15,000 miles per year.
NO down payment (cap reduction)
Any more questions?
Anyone who knows me already is taking bets to see if I can even keep this for 2 years. :D

Yup. Same deal with us. My wife had the 07 Denali with 22's. 10 mpg. Got rid of it and got an 03 Suburban, 8.1, lifted, etc. It was going to be just our Havasu vehicle. She's driving it everyday.
I didn't like driving my truck every day. I got the 335. Now we are off to find wifey a new car. Probably the GMC Acadia. Nice vehicle for multi-purpose.

I ended up with a 400 hp GTO for 8k off sticker and its not afraid of g37's or 335's:D

Looks like a nice car. I like the 3 series BMW's. I dont know if anyone that is sober would pay 50k for that, but its nice. Maybe mid 30's. We had an "E" class Mercedez that was bought for 41k new in 2004. Seems like much more car for the money. Ive also heard that they (some BMW models) are expensive to repair if they have body damage due to the fenders etc being pop rivetted.?.?.

I could say the say same but wouldn't.
Motor Trend picked the G37S over the 335i coupe. The MT compare between G335 and the 330 was extremely close. The only 3 series that I would pick over a G35S or G37S is the M3. I consider bang for the buck an issue as well. I've owned 5 3 series BMW's and a 6 series. They are great cars and a never said they weren't. Sorry IMO, the new G35S or G37S is way more car for the money.
Doesn't change the fact that the new 335 sedan is a beautiful car.
