Unless you travel to diff places I don't think it's worth it. We have one that we only use in Havasu and with all the fees and stuff it isn't worth it. When we used it in Hawaii and Oregon it was awesome.

My mom Bought one for Cancun, and is selling it 4 grand... I personally think its a waste... you can find better package deals, than going through the headache of dealing with it... like i said IMO...
BTW... Did you change your MANPON??? FAG :D

Got one with a group called Sunterra.....
Places in Sedona, Vegas, Scottsdale, Missouri and others on the east coast
costs me about 350 per year in fee's - get about 15 nites free a year....
time share is for a week but can trade it in for points to use at any or all sunterra resorts... by making reservations 30 days or less I get up to 75% off the regualar points that way i get the extra nites...
Had it for 4 years.. and love to stay in sedona a few times a year and not have to pay a damn thing..
Enjoy

What he said. Always buy something that will sell itself if you want out. I bought Kaanapali, Maui HI. I rent it out for $2,500 a week when we don't use it. And go for every year, not every other year. Hawaii is great 'cause it will get you anywhere else in the world with Starwood for a week or two. My $.02

I can't understand why people would shell out that much money for a time share when you can go on ebay and buy someone's week for about the same price that a member can.. My wife and I just went to Cozumel for $100 more than a premier member would have paid for their week... We went to listen to the sales pitch that they were having about becoming a member... They wanted like 30 grand to receive discounts on vacations.... IMO, a total joke... But that's just me....

Yea but how much up front? When I was in Sedona I checked it out and they wanted alot up front. They work on a point system,

Pay for everything with a Starwood card doesn't hurt. I've got 10 nights in maui or a week in bora bora in just a year.. Same with an Airline card which you can convert points....
I've been to a so called 1 hour presentation which turned out to be 2.5 hours & this rude lady was trying to give me a guilt trip for not spending 35k up front with 14% interest to buy their package.... EEEEEK.
