LOVE THE COLOR!!!
Very Cool Boat, wish I had the $$$ buy it or to build one :(
Curious about one thing... I noticed that there is a flush billet vent on the port side deck gunnel, and not one on the starboard. Was this one of those we forgot to install the starboard one? Or was there not enough air circulation to get adequate ventilation of the engine compartment?
Either way still very cool what you’re doing, oh by the way you do your own in-house financing right :D

Great pics! I was lucky enough to get a ride in it a few weeks ago (before the Bloody Mary so I remember this boat ride:D ). Boat rides great - super solid with great handling. Fit & finish is awesome. Whoever steps up won't be dissapointed!!

Very nice looking boat, so what is the story on these are you making the hulls, out of a new mold, a splash, I really don't mean to offend but they look like the seahorse boats, or you getting blanks from Lee and rigging them. Whatever the case keep up the nice work and good luck with the sales.

I think Dan is using the old Howard mold and changed the deck a little.

DeltaSigBoater

The boat is the old Howard Classic Cruiser mold, which is a copy of the original Spectra bottom.
If I recall the hearsay right, Howard modified the deck design sometime in the late '80s or early '90s, and changed the name to the 21 Custom Cruiser.
Before that it was called the "Howard Cruiser 21". And origionally it was called the "Cruiser 20". The deck on both these models was a copy of the Spectra 20.

I can honestly say that it is one of the best riding 21's that I have ever been in. We were out for the manufacturer's poker run in Havasu for the Hot Boat trials and it was MEAN out there. Almost to the point that I was nervous taking a 21 out. We decided to go for it. :) We just got up on top of it and ran. Not one problem at all. :)

Come on by. :)
I don't think anyone has ever done a #6 on this boat before. Big HP has been done in these boats before, but they were all done in a V-drive or jet. I am not sure how a surface drive would work on one of these. It could be a handful or it could be perfect.
Not really planning on building one with a surface drive, but if someone wants to step up and give it a shot, I am willing to try it. :D

Not right now. I will have some more the beginning portion of next week. :)

Thank you! :) I saw 67mph out of it (on GPS) up at the poker run. That was with 1/2 tanks and two people.

The other boat is a closed bow 21 with a 600/600 engine in it. It has 600h.p. and 632ft/lbs of torque. The motor come with a 2 year warranty. Also that boat has an XR drive, Autometer monster gauges, GPS speedo, WPM twin ram hydraulic steering, and a BLINGED out trailer. There is quite a bit more into that boat in terms of performance enhancing items. :) That boat is built for more of the high performance person. This boat is built for the family that wants to go out, have a great time, and spend $50.00 a day in gas. Two completely different markets. :)
