Just picked up the new Robert Plant, Alison Krauss CD "Raising Sand" this week. He's in fine form (and so is she, as always). I highly recommend it. See www.robertplantalisonkrauss.com
Seeing Zeppelin...in England... Wow. :)

The place of Led Zeppelin drummer John Bonham, who died in 1980, will be taken by his son Jason.
I was in Vegas last Febuary and happened to see Foriegner perform. The show was awesome. You could tell that the drummer had the music in his soul. He totally rocked. When they did introductions, they said that you might remember his father. The kid is a chip off of the old man, without a doubt....

looks like the show has been postponed but only a little bit..
LONDON (AP) - Led Zeppelin fans awaiting the rockers' reunion will have to wait a little longer.
The band's first concert in two decades, scheduled for Nov. 26, has been postponed until Dec. 10 after guitarist Jimmy Page fractured a finger, organizers said Friday.
"I am disappointed that we are forced to postpone the concert by two weeks," Page said in a statement.
"However, Led Zeppelin have always set very high standards for ourselves, and we feel that this postponement will enable my injury to properly heal, and permit us to perform at the level that both the band and our fans have always been accustomed to."
Led Zeppelin, who split up in 1980 after the death of drummer John Bonham, announced in September they were reuniting for a one-off show. The lineup includes Page, singer Robert Plant and bass player John Paul Jones, along with Bonham's son Jason.
More than 1 million fans entered a draw for a chance to buy one of the 10,000 tickets to the concert at London's O2 Arena, a tribute to Atlantic Records founder Ahmet Ertegun, who died last year. The lineup also includes former Rolling Stone Bill Wyman, Foreigner and young Scottish singer Paolo Nutini.
Organizers said tickets for the Nov. 26 gig will be honored at the rescheduled show.

Whole lotta love vid.
This is classic, flash bombs, drums and fire.
You may have to let it buffer before the whole vid will play.

Their saying that they have had 3 million inquires for 10 thousand tickets and their going to pull a lottery to see who gets tickets.
Also Robert Plant is going to only do the one show and not go on tour, he says he's too old for that anymore.
I think I'm sol.

Plant has been touring recently. I saw him in Phoenix on July 15th 2005. Don't rule out a follow-up concert tour.
Who would have thought Genesis would have gotten back together.(Saw their last concert tour night at the Hollywood Bowl a couple weeks ago)
I also saw Foriegner last month in Phoenix. Jason was kick ass on the drums.
In 2004 Crobsy, Stills and Nash. I sure wish Young would have played, but he has his hands full with his two disabled sons.
Van Halen is my next concert in Phoenix, with Dave Lee Roth. Should be a great concert.
:D
I average 4 concerts a year.
