Thats like when my stock broker called me with some terrific fantastic news!
He said the $10,000 worth of stock he recommended and I bought yesterday at $10.00 a share had gone down overnight to $5.00 per share. He explained this was GREAT, because now I could purchase as many shares as I would like at a 50% discount compaired to what I was willing to pay just 24 hours ago. YA gotta love the spin.

We also have a 150 million dollar resort being built down the road from us. Amangiri by Aman Resorts.
At $1200.00 a night rooms and 6.5 million dollar villas it will definately be high end clientele staying there lIt will be the second of its kind in the U.S.(Amangani Jackson Hole Wy) Should help to keep up property values up around here.
There is a huge shortage on Rentals,Housing and land. Big upswing in new construction here also.
