After asking on here about tankless water heaters I stopped at Shoreline plumbing today to talk about one and he didnt recommend doing it just yet, so cool how much for a new conventional one then. He tells me the price and its the same make as I have so he says how old is it, I say 5 years and he checked the serial ##'s and its under warranty, coming out Mon to install a new one for just labor. Sounds good to me:D :D NSF
