Yamaha electric cart....
Very noisy propulsion any ideas? Sounds like there is no oil in the axle/gears?
Long travel front suspension - who has the kits and how much? How do I tell the year of the cart?
Who has the best steet legal stuff, lights, signals brake lights etc?

Couple of things: Does it make the same noise in reverse? If not, it is probably a bearing and not your gears. If it makes the noise forward & reverse try putting in some Lucas oil or even some grease. If that doesn't help, you most likely have a gear issue.
Definetly go to Buggies for all of your upgrades. You will need to give them the serial number off your Yamaha and they will use the double secret decoder to figure out what year the cart is. Good luck, let me know if we can help.
