Mio does make some nice units. Read reviews on radioshacks website. Most Mio owners were having problems with freezing on them. Any experiences like that?

Check out the rating on gps magazine. I think the Nuvi is supposed to be good

Just curious here but why purchase a stand alone when you can get one that's integrated into your cell phone?

Dont wanna spend a grip.
Can't beat TomTom One XL for the price . My son uses it on his work routes and loves it . 6 million POI [ point of interest ] should cover your neighborhood :D .
I have the factory Navi system in my cars , but this one is nicer with the 3D feature etc....

I use it on my bike also. Works good & I can see it better then our Garmin 78. The 78 works better for off road, dirt or water. I like that it leaves a bread crum trial. Worked good on Lake Mead. The 660 is easy to use on the street. Plug it into your laptop & plot a trip.

I'm too poor for that and don't need the fm transmitter or traffic updates so i'll probably get the 350
