Funny, one of my newest favorite dishes at the sushi bar is called Tijuana Tuna!!!
Maguro Nigiri with diced cilantro, green onion, and pico de gallo sprinkled over the top. It's killer. Oh yeah, sticky wicky fish sauce drizzled over the top too.:D

That is the best tasting meat ever, it's so good for you very lean and last a long time. My hubby and daughter a few years ago brought two home, and if you get one then you should ask the butcher about making you Hunters sausge, it is the bomb.
Good luck but take the first one it is a 6x6 the second one is only a 5x6 that i can see.:)
