I did it the gondola at Vail. 13 minutes up. A lot of planning went into that one:D

I knew the lift operaters........6 person car .......now the people coming down got quite a show........When we got to the top, that was a little embarassing

If by "done it" you mean "use the bathroom", than at least two of the places you mentioned in your subject line.
If by sex, than on the floor of my friend's living room while he and all of his roommates were asleep. It's not that crazy, but it works.

In the back of a pickup with no cover on it, on I-40 at every state line in the emergency lane on a coast to coast trip.There and back....;)

Liar.
Stateline between California and Arizona on the 40 is a bridge over the Colorado river. No emergency lane. Granted you may have been close but you would have either been on land in Arizona or California. :D

May not have been at the state line exactly at every state but it was the first opportunity we got in every state on the side of the road. :D
And it was over 20 years ago.
