Pretty good deal.
Hard to find a clean used (less than 10K miles) in so cal for under 24K
Most aftermarket wheels require trimming/rolling of the rear fender to fit a decent tire. make sure they did a good job.(I had to cut the crap out of mine to fit the 18's with 285's)
I picked up a new 06 Auto about 8 months ago for 26.5K OTD. (MSRP was 35K and I found the only dealer willing to deal)
