I have a plant operator opening at Griffith Energy. The power plant is located 18 miles west of Kingman, right off the I-40 at the Griffith exit.
Excellent benefits and pay, medical, 401K and a retirement plan, vacation, sick leave, short and long term disability for those unexpected life events.
This is one of the highest paying if not the best jobs in the Mohave County area.

Operators work 7-12 hour shifts, then have 7 days off.
20 minute drive from Kingman and 40 minute drive from Havasu to the plant.
I have a training program in place that allows me to hire individuals with no power plant experience, they just have to have some type of technical knowledge and ability to learn. Prefer a team player.
Drug testing for pre-employment and random.
I pulled my last (2) open positions from this site, fellow hot boaters, where the job has worked out extremely well for both individuals and the Griffith team.
