The second half is always where it gets ugly! The game time is 50% used up (or still to go, depends on your perspective), and the losing team has to make up the yardage stats and points. USC is only looking good but, not great at the half. As USC is a strong second half team this year, things should get more exciting in the second half. Go Trojans! Fight-On!!!

I might give you second best. No where near the caliber of the SEC. Not even close given what SC has done this year. SC has closed the gap in recent years, but their loss to Stanford put the PAC10 further behind in trying to be the top conference. No expert in the nation thinks the PAC10 is the best.

SC would hammer Hawaii. Hawaii is good, but not in a BCS conference. They couldnt make through a full year without getting crushed week in and week out.

I have heard Georgia bandied about as a potential opponents for USC, now that OSU is going to the BCS.
I heard the same...and not like its going to happen but the BCS could give us all a real nice Xmas gift by pairing LSU against SC in the Rose....now that would be very cool! :)
