I am heading to Vegas weekend after next (14th) for the weekend and need to know where to go.
I only go to Vegas once a year anymore, just due to the rediculous expense. I am traveling there for a work x-mas party and will be bringing a few friends with to make a long weekend out of it.
We are staying at Paris Paris....
I need to know what's good as far as the clubs. I don't want to go to the hardest clubs to get into, as I hate lines and $100 cover just isn't going to happen.
Let me know. And if anyone that lives there wants to come down and show us around that would be great. (STV Kieth, onlymoney's, ect...ect...)

Pure is a pretty cool club, but too pricey and too hard to get into.

We just had our company Christmas Party at Planet Hollywood and it was really nice. The Heart Bar is in the center of the gambling floor and it's nice to kick back and chill. Then we went upstairs to the Living Room. Very cool not upscale and the girls dance on the bar and they aren't snotty.

ThanksDamn, we don't hang out on the strip, we hang out at the Red Rock...you should know that! I'm sure Jordy bragged all about the Butlers Kitchen we got for him to make us jello shots. :D
I know where to eat, I don't know where to club. They're all a long wait and the cover charge is like you said. I would just go to bars...or lounges. You'll get the same buzz, music and usually more room to hang out. They're all open the same hours anyway. Paris has a really small casino area. Mon Ami Gabi is right there and has great steaks. We eat there everyyear during CES. It might sound and look french, but it's pretty much a steakhouse.
Planet Hollywood is right next to Paris and they just finished the remodel and stuff. Seems to be the place to be and it doesn't seem to be overly busy yet. And there's the SHOPPING there too!!!
It's Vegas. Every place is going to overcharge for drinks and especially cover. There are going to be beautiful people everywhere...not just the clubs.
If you really want to slum it, you can come to the Lake Mead Marina xmas party on Sat night. We'll be there. :)

It's at Caesars forum shops. You're kinda close to there. And for $550 you get front of the line, 4 people inside and a bottle and gratuity included. Trust me, that's a STEAL!!! :)

Justin, JoAnn and I were at Planet Hollywood for the Grand Opening a few weeks ago. You can’t go wrong hanging there. :D After 8 in the center of the casino which is called the Pleasure Pit (I think) they have what they call Dealer-tainers. They were all female when we were there and dressed right. They also had Dancers on small platforms next to the tables. It was a lot of Fun but the Dealer/Dancers can be distracting.;)

Total blast. Remember to get here early. If you get there before they start charging not only do you get in for free but.....you get the best sit in the house. Get some beer, or drinks and go right across the way for a pizza bring it back into the bar. (this is what Dave did before). Get times.

For Vegas that's a steal. It's $350 at the Rocks Lounge where Zowie Bowie plays. Depends on where you go I guess.

:mad: FOCK Planet Hollywood, won't ever spend a dime there again. Was in Vegas in Nov. for the Big Smoke (huge cigar event @ the Venetian) Was spending alot of $$ gaming and smoking cigars, and was bitched at by Craps dealers for blowing smoke at them, they were NOT joking! I am a polite smoker, go out of my way to not blow in peoples face's etc..
New York New York Piano bar for the $ is one of the funnest places to party IMO. The Venetian was Gorgeous, but way Too $$$$$$$!!!!! Got to smoke stogies with former mayor of NewYork (possible future POTUS) Rudy G., that was cool.

Lately we have been staying Downtown. golden Nugget has a special rate now for $59.00 a night, stay 2 nights and the third is free, even on the weekends. The hotel and pool are beautiful, great restaurants, lots of music and dancing there and close by. The gambling odds are better, you just overall get a lot more for your money. Reminds me of the old Vegas, not that overpriced Disneyland on the strip

Thanks everyone. I have confirmed friday night at the Rio through a friend (namless for now) whom was nice enough to get me on VIP at the Bikini aswell as Voo Doo Lounge.
Saturday night we will be making an appearance at the Foundation Room at Mandalay. (Thanks Big Warlock) Private club with the rich folk!:D Shouldn't last too long there.....
Well maybe I will last. It will be me and 5 girls.:devil:

Discovery Channel did a show on thier food service a while back when they first opened. It said they served more food per day then any place in Vegas. They had 18 semi-trailers a day, seven days a week, delivering food.
I think they had the biggest seafood buffet in the world back then.....I never went there.....not that into the buffets......but they do have a great steakhouse at the Rio.
And all the rooms are mini-suites. :idea:

Rio used to be the only place I would stay. The Hotel was run by a well known chef for years, so he had some of the best resturants in Vegas for quite some time.
That was 10 years ago though...........

A couple 20's got Photochics B-day group to the front of the line and in pronto. Only thing that bugged me about the place was they seemed to change the rules where you were / could dance every 5 minutes. :confused:
It was ladies / men 4 to 1 and lots of 'em more than dancing w/ each other:eek: :sqeyes: :D Drinks were good too

That is what I am reading, and that is for 4 people. We can throw any amount of people on our bottles here. They usually run 250 a bottle just about everywhere. Sometimes 200 per if you get 2.
I just drink from the bar. It ran me $100 for Tricia and I to drink maybe 5 cocktails off that bottle service. Well maybe I had more, but she can only handle 2 or 3 drinks.

Here they like to get you to buy 1 bottle for 3 people. To me thats alot of drink but it ends up gone early from get go anyways. I really liked Moon at the Playboy tower. Went in early to the Playboy club then after 10:30 you can basically walk across and go to the club when it opens.
