Rhino rollover lawyer tv advertisement

I saw an ad directed at Yamaha Rhino rollover/injury for a lawyer on the tv
just a few days ago..........
the ad had a rhino with the yamaha printing/ad logo work on it, and spoke
about being injured in any rollover-type accidents....seems they're getting
a class action lawsuit going........... crap like this pisses me off, and I'm not
even closely associated with lawyers or rhino's....... sometimes ads like
these are from out of state attorneys trying to drum up business.....

I'm going after Yamaha!! To!!!
Imagine this!! They sold me a dirt bike with only two wheels!! No roll bar!! and catch this!! the dang thing fell over in the dealer parking lot and the dang salesman did not properly install my boots and helmet!! Damn Yamaha!!
What did they expect to happen when they went and sold those dang Rhino's!:D :D Imagine how stuped a judge would have to be to entertain this nonsense!:D :eek:

There was another class action suit threatened late last year over the rollovers, and Yamaha answered with the doors and handle install.
Americans, we have done it to ourselves, suing (or threatening to sue) everyone and anyone for anything and everything...and Judges (who are 9,999 times out of 10,000 lawyers) let this stuff continue.
