Her number is 928-486-6650, www.newhomeshavasu.com She really took care of us and hooked us up with a great lender that dealt with our self employed situation. I can only give her the highest recommendation, even got a fridge of beer and Bacardi 151. What more can you ask for!!

It's already the lowest price one on the market.
The only catch is the driveway is uphill so a vee probably won't make it up the driveway without scraping...But we backed our 25' carrera cat right in with no problem. There are picks of our boat in the garage on my web site.

Michelle and John carted me around for a full day showing me the city, properties and all the different parts of town. They were friendly and down to earth people. They listened to what I wanted and showed me just that.
When it came time to make an offer she wrote exactly what I asked her to write without any of the usual industry standard "that seems kind of low and you don't want to insult the owner, you should offer more" crap. No cerebral knievel real estate agent tricks going on here!!!!
Unfortunately I did not buy but that did not matter to Michelle. She is every bit as friendly and it didn't matter if I bought or not.
