Any of you guys that has a loader in there pump, what kind of bolts did you use and where did you get them. I am having a problem finding flat head 5/16 about 1 1/4 long cause I am thru bolting it to the intake. I heard 1/4 bolts is to small. What do you guys use. Thanks

5/16 bolts with nylocks. Rex Marine, West Marine, and ARP all have good selection of ss hdwe. Have also found Lowes to be a good source of ss.

I've got mine thru bolted with 5/16 also. I used lockwahser's instead of nylocks no big deal either way. I think I got the stuff as a kit from ARS marine for about 10-12 bucks which is much higher than you would expect to pay for four bolts, nuts and washers.

I've had ss heads snap off. Consider black iron for strength if you run hard. Just replace every couple seasons to ward off corrosion. Bolts are cheap and a loose loader's bad Juju?
